How to save images without the popup asking for location?

Hi, I want to save images in two steps: "right-click ==> Save"

Under "Settings > Files and Applications" I checked the box "Save files to" so I don't have "Always ask you where to save files" but in the context menu, the only option is "save image as" and it always shows a popup that asks for the location where I want to store the image.

How can I get this done? it should be a feature easy to get since Firefox has evolved so much that we can customize almost anything nowadays... an extension by Firefox (or Recommended) that adds a button (a small one in the corner) to just download the image you're hovering over would be amazing but there is none atm.

Thank you for reading this, have a nice day :)
