Hello,

You can log in to accounts.firefox.com with the Firefox account associated with the subscription, next to subscriptions, click on manage and you will have the option to Contact Support.

Hi and thanks for the response. I do not see the subscription option. But I have been charged for the subscription.

I would like to clarify every Mozilla VPN subscription is associated with a Firefox account. Make sure you are logging in to the correct Firefox account and try again.
