I had Firefix installed on an external hard drive, which crashed on me. I have installed it on a new hard drive, but it won't let me sync using my existing password without resetting everything, which I'd prefer not to do.

Is there a way to recover/check my password without resetting things? My phone version still works fine, I just can't get into my laptop version.
