On my iPhone XR Apple App-Store made an update of Firefox to 28.1 some days ago. (I'm currently in China.) Afterwards, there was another (Chinese) browser opening under the Firefox App-Logo. I deleted everything immediately (hoping that the Chinese invader didn't have access to my passwords stored with Firefox). Regards, K.
