If you have Visual Studio or Visual C++ installed on your computer, uninstall them before proceeding with resolutions steps.
Resolution steps:

- Under the Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019 section on this page, download the following executable file:
x64: vc_redist.x64.exe
- Run the downloaded executable file.
- Restart your computer.
- Launch Firefox.
