to install addon I hit 3 bars in upper right. I click on Add-ons. I type Malwarebytes Browser Guard in the box for more add-ons. I get a screen for it. But I don't see how I'm supposed to install on firefox.

Hit the Add to Firefox button on that page. If the button doesn't appear, make sure you aren't using Firefox in the Private Browsing mode or Firefox SafeMode..
