Film4 website cannot play

Thanking you in advance for any answers.
I would like to see a film on the Film4 website, part of the All4.com site, but there is a problem. Whenever I try to, the system tells me that I am using an ad-blocker. I use ABP, and then turn this off for this site. However, on going back to the website, I am still not allowed to play the film, as the system tells me that I have an ad-blocker. As I have turned off ABP, what else is causing the system to fail? Do I have another extension that may be causing this? A reply would be most appreciated,

Hello,
It may be due to your privacy settings.
Visit the website and click the small shield located in the left side of the address bar. From there you can disable tracking protection for the website and see if that makes a difference. If your protection settings are set to strict, you could also try reverting them to the default standard setting.
Bear in mind the obvious- the privacy settings serve a purpose and so it`s up to you to decide what you`re comfortable with.

Note that Firefox shows a purple shield icon at the left end of the location/address bar in case Tracking Protection is blocking content.
You can click shield icon for more detail and possibly disable the protection.
You can check the Web Console for messages about blocked content.
