I forgot my password upon resetting it I was told the password was wrong. It wasn't I wrote it down. tried 2 more times it said invalid request. So now what?

Unfortunately there is no way to change or recover the email address associated with a Sync account. You would need to create a new account following the steps described in How do I set up Sync on my computer?.
