cannot play html5 video in ubuntu 16.04

hi, i have upgraded to ubuntu 16.04 yesterday. i cannot play video or ads in youtube.com or video in http://www.quirksmode.org/html5/tests/video.html

it shows good in http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ and the version information is 24.0.0.186
