Only through Firefox, I can't log in to my ATT account anymore, OK through Google and Explorer

When I try to get into my att mail account using Firefox as my browser, I get a message saying my userid and password do not match their records. When I try using either Google or Explorer as my browser, the login works fine. It used to work fine on Firefox. I've been going to other browsers for a month or more, and I'd like to be able to get my mail from Firefox. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Hi, delete ALL references to ATT, as shown under the heading 'How do I remove a single website from my history?' in this article - Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox, then try the site (not from an old bookmark) again. Note: It may take a few minutes to complete the deletion.
