I have your product on my new computer and my old one. I got a new computer because I thought something was wrong. What was wrong was your software. It goes

I have gotten a new computer thinking something was wrong with my computer. But after a year, It is your software that has the problem. It never works or says "not responding". This happens almost continuing. The set up man insisted it was not your soft ware Mozillla Fire, so he installed it again. What a mistake. Do not have people recommend you when you are not operational. That is not fair to people. I have been going on with your problem for more than one year. Do not have others go threw what I go through. When you finally are operational that is a different story, but as of yet you are not.

Firefox has been successfully working for many people for many years further to the testing and development work that is done for every release. However you may have found an unresolved issue that we may be able to help you with.

Please can you supply details of your computers operating system, and the version of Firefox that you are using. You can find the Firefox version number if you click on Help followed by About Firefox.

It would also help us to better understand the problem you are having if you can describe what you are trying to do (which page you are trying to open) and what happens when you do that (possibly with a screenshot).
