Can't access Firefox sites due to invalid security certificate

I am not able to access Mozilla/Firefox sites due to the "This Connection is Untrusted" message, which does include the "I Understand the Risks" option. I had to use Chrome to even access this support page. My company uses Symantec Endpoint Protection and I have no ability to change anything with that. My clock, time zone, etc. is set correctly. I tried renaming cert8.db and deleting cert_overide.txt without any success. Also tried Safe Mode without success.

I don't understand why I can access these and other Mozilla pages in Chrome and IE, but not in Firefox (which is my preferred browser). Is anyone aware of a solution that would fix this problem? Maybe export a particular certificate from Chrome and import it to Firefox?

Many thanks for any help.
