Printing Preferences reset every time

Hi Everyone, I prefer to print without Title, URL, etc. listed in the header (and footer) of the page. When I go to print a webpage, I select Page Headers and Page Footers to -- blank --. However, after printing, these reset themselves back.

I've tried Saving my preferences as a Printing Preset.

However, this doesn't work either. Both, the Page Header and Page Footer always revert back to default settings (printing with Title, URL, etc.).

I really do not need these printed. Is this a bug, or is there another method to ensure these never print again?
