i've installed cloud fox on my windows phone but it asked me the sync key to log in, I really can't find this sync key on my pc, not even in recovery password

Firefox 29 and later don't use a Sync Key.

You need to contact the developer of the app. Cloud Fox app needs to be updated to work with the new Sync 1.5 version.
