I use Firefox on all my devices, most of which are Windows 11. I use the same browser extensions and the same settings on all devices. On one particular device, a serious issue keeps happening (every two or three months in average). Suddenly Firefox starts hanging indefinitely upon launch, and has to be forcibly terminated. If I disable all the extensions, the problem is not solved. Firefox can start only in safe mode. The only solution I have found is to create a new profile and start all over from scratch. I need to figure out what is causing the issue in the first place, and then also a way to solve it without having to trash the profile. Thank you

Hi, I am having a problem with the recently introduced Firefox profile system. In the Windows taskbar, different profiles stay grouped under the same icon. The only workaround I found is going into taskbar settings and setting it to 'Never combine,' but that causes every program to show text labels, which looks ugly. I also tried modifying taskbar.grouping.use_profile in about:config, but it didn't solve anything,

Voglio accedere alla mia Banca usando il profilo originale, ma mi da la pagina bianca...facendo un nuovo profilo la pagina si apre correttamente...come potete aiutarmi????

Vorrei impostare diversi profili in base all'area di lavoro utilizzata (Personale, Università, Freelance, Lavoro, Associazione, Game Studio, Blog). Come devo impostare le cose? Il profilo "base" (in about:profiles) deve essere lo stesso? Devo poi creare i profili nel Manager?

Vorrei avere inoltre diverse icone di Firefox per avviare i sopracitati profili, senza passare per il Manager e quindi la comodità di avere a colpo d'occhio i profili sulla barra delle applicazioni.

Potete aiutarmi? Grazie in anticipo

Alla riaccensione del PC questo lunedì mattina il profilo non risulta loggato in Firefox. Reinserisco le credenziali (user/PW) e compare un profilo completamente nuovo, vuoto (nessuna password salvata, nessun bookmark). Controllo su about:profiles, e quello risulta l'unico profilo creato. Chiudo, spengo, riavvio, e la situazione è la stessa.

Quando faccio delle pause, il mac va in standby. Poi ritorno e le pagine ricaricano. Questo è un male se devo fare qualcosa che non deve essere salvato (e quindi nemmeno la pagin ce si ricarica) o se la navigazione di un sito non ha nell'url il numero della pagina. Devo nuovamente cercare dove ero. Prima non era così, oppure ho cambiato qualche settaggio che non ricordo.

Salve, tramite un tutorial sono riuscito a creare shortcut per vari profili, come su chromium. Quando ho finestre di diversi profili aperte, nella taskbar rimangono tutte in una singola icona. Vorrei che i diversi profili una volta aperti rimangano in finestre differenti. È possibile?
