I've tried clearing all my history, cookies, and everything else on Firefox, but it doesn't fix the problem.

Whenever I try to comment on a post in facebook it says "Unable to post comment." And it won't let me like any posts either.

Google Chrome works perfectly with Facebook. I don't want to quit using Firefox, but unless I get a solution soon that may be what I have to do.

Installed FF 15 (32 bit) on a fresh copy of Windows 7 Ultimate edition (x64). Everything works fine except the embedded video.

The video clip thumbnail is shown, when clicking on the clip the sound plays and the right-mouse click shows flash player options, but no video is shown (empty bar).

No problems on original YouTube or other flash video sites were detected. No crashes detected.

Please, advise.

Like i earlier stated .. after my update of the latest firefox [15.0.1] i found two of thesame versions of it on my program features so i decided to delete one. unluckily for my it cleaned out both and after reinstalling firefox i realised all my TAB folders, bookmarks, passwords and history was gone. this is very fustrating for me because most of the passwords are very important aswell as the links i bookmarked.

Any help whatsoever will be greatly appreciated or a number of a support team i could call for assistance?

The awesome bar/location bar is no longer as awesome as it used to be. When I start typing in an address it seems like it no longer checks through my history and gives a list of possible matches but just gives the stem of an address. For example, if I type in 'goo' it will complete this to 'google.com' if I then append this with an '/a' it will complete this to 'google.com/analytics' but that's as good as it gets, as I say, no list from the history or bookmarks.

I've checked the options and also about:config and all the settings are as they should be, as far as I can tell (and I certainly hadn't changed any of them when it started misbehaving). I've also disabled all extensions and plug-ins.

It's driving my slightly bonkers because I quite often use sites with long addresses and can't remember each of the components of each address. I'd switch to using Chrome but I also use Firebug a fair bit so don't really want to do this.

I am getting the following error message: FlashPlayerPlugin_11_4_402_265.exe - Application Error The instructino at 0x71a30000 referenced memory at 0x71a30000. The memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the program.

For some webpages, clicking ok will cause the error msg to disappear. For most, such as Amazon pages, the error msg will loop, i.e. I click on OK, then the box pops up again.

This started immediately w/ the latest release, Firefox 15.0.1. I uninstalled and re-installed the plug-in, to no avail. I'm running Win 8, Would it be better to roll-back the Firefox version or the Adobe Flash version? Seems like I should roll back Firefox, b/c the Adobe was running fine until the Firefox update. However, the std. Firefox advice is not to roll back. I need to change something, or switch to Chrome or Opera.

My Mailtool use to work and then came Firefox 15.0. Now I have a greyed-out area where normally there would be an arrow to select an option to check for new emails. I'm able to set up the Mailtool with my email address, and type of server and password, but it will not indicate new mail. When checking the add-ons it will say that it is working. I have done everything the suggestions have told me to do, uninstall the Mailtool, clear the history and cache, reboot and re-install, but always the same problem. I opened a case file with conduit but nothing has happened and they have not communicated with me, even after I updated the problem by sending them a .jpg of what is indicated and I told them it does work in IE9; just not in Firefox 15.0. I would be happy going back to the version before 15.0 if I could only find someplace to download it.

Ich habe Thunderbird und Firefox vor einigen Wochen deinstalliert und kann es nun nicht mehr wieder installieren. Beim Download passiert folgendes: 1. Sicherheitsüberprüfung 1-2 Minuten lang (zu lang?) 2. Extracting 3. Run as Meldung: "You may not have the nessesary permissions to use all the features of the program you are about to run. You may run this program as a different user or continue to run the program as the current user. 4a.

Firefox (version 15.0.1) is telling me I need to install an update to Adobe Acrobat 9.4 in order to view pdf files in my browser. I use Acrobat Pro 9. The update is actually Adobe Reader 10, and I am wondering if I install this, will it cause problems with my version of Acrobat Pro?

Because I am not sure if this is so, I have temporarily disabled the plug-in and now pdf files download automatically rather than display in my browser. I would prefer they open in my browser but do not want to upgrade to Acrobat X.

My OS is Windows Vista. I did not include the "troubleshooting information" file because I'm not sure what specific info is being requested.

Thanks for any help.

This Connection is Untrusted

You have asked Firefox to connect

securely to www.mozilla.org, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.

Normally, when you try to connect securely,

sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified.

This happens for every site I go to http https edu/com/net/org. I add exceptions and I can get around on a site for a few hour, then I have to re-add exceptions even for mozilla.org

After trying out a little utility, I got stuck with the Babylon toolbar and home page.... Yes... I didn't spot the little checkpoint to disable installation... Without any problems, I managed to remove all that... But since then, I can't get my home page to stay set to about:blank.... it keeps starting with the Google search page. I did manage to link the homepage button to about:blank, but when I add a new page (by clicking the + next to the most right tab) I keep getting the Google search page... Thanks in advance. Lody J. I'm stuck with Babylon as a homepage. I used REVO to remove the toolbar but something in the process must have gone wrong because the homepage keeps coming back. I cleaned the About:config as stated in earlier posts (mstone, homepage and new tab) and when I restart Firefox the first tab is firefox and the second babylon. When I close and startup firefox again then the first tab is babylon and I'm back to square one. The removal of the browser manager seemd too technical to me and I didn't dare to do it. Any suggestions?

I purchased a new computer about a month ago, and I've noticed pretty consistently when I try to reload the current page, I have to hit the reload button numerous times for the page to reload. Eventually the page does reload, but in the past with my old computer this was never a problem, just hit the reload button and the page very quickly was reloaded. Any reason as to why this is happening now with firefox 15, the version I'm now using with my new computer? Thank you.

when trying to load the content created by the url below, firefox uses a lot of memory and becomes unresponsive, so that I have to close (and kill) it.

The same happens if I save the content to a file with another browser (i.e. opera) and just try to open this file.

I've tried other machines. It works under windows but not under my SuSE and Ubuntu (precise) Linux. I've tried without plugins and with hardware acceleration disabled and with firefox being reset.

Smaller graphs like http://pollux.informatik.uni-bremen.de:8000/Basic/Numbers.casl are no problem.
