Hello, When I try to get a message called "Spam Control" for my email (zoho.com) which I open up using Firefox, I get the following directions:

1. Click Settings. 2. Go To Mail Settings » Anti Spam

Problem is that Nothing on the menu nor the website show an "Anti-Spam" folder/button/info on this. So I am stuck practically before I begin. Maybe they only offer anti-spam to commercial clients. I can't find it. A spammer got my email address and sends me 50 spam messages a day. His email address is fake (get message undeliverable) and "unsubscribe doesn't work either. I do NOT buy anything from him, but I did open up some email for the sole purpose of Unsubscribing. None of my Security Software seems to help (Malwarebites, ESET).

What can I do?

This annoying toolbar pops up whenever I open Firefox. If I change to the default Firefox webpage, a popup asks if I want to go back to the Easyphotoedit page every time I open Firefox .

MBP 5,1, 10.9 5, FF 51.0.1 This is in extensions. no remove button, not in the extension folder (in library). Ive remove all the other stuff with clamxav. I just cant seem to remove this!! FF has it disabled. Tried: new profile safe mode

I have mywebface account, i always log in with facebook account now trying to creat an account with password.Will i possibly retain my pictures or i'll lost the picture.

Firefox will not save user id or password. eg, going into an account that has both account number and password. also with banking, firefox will not save security code. on other computers, once the computer is listed as trusted by the bank, it does not ask for further verification. on my computer, i've had to provide it three times today, despite stating that my computer is a trusted device. this is an on going problem. i have uninstalled and reinstalled firefox to no effect. the version on my computer behaves differently than on other computers especially in 'remembering' usernames or log-in names regards, ron van Setten

when I try to log on to my online banking account with Allianz bank BG I get the following: Неуспешно установяване на шифрована връзка and there is no way to get to online banking. As the bank insist it is nothing to do with them I am beginning to be quite worried.

I have my bookmarks sorted in folders. For example, folders 'study', 'work' and 'misc'. I do not want Mozilla to offer me in URL bar bookmarks from 'misc' folder(to ignore them), when I'm entering an address. Thanks

Webroot gives safety ratings with search results. These ratings formerly showed on Firefox, not sure when they ceased. They still show on Google chrome and Internet Explorer. Is Firefox blocking them? How can I correct this ?

I opened Tool>Options>Privacy & Security to check mark Remember logins and passwords for websites but it is grayed out and Privacy & Security item is locked consequently, I cannot check the box for the Quantum to save my ID and password. Your help center or ask a question has no answer to my issue.

Is this safe to do I have never heard of a company telling customers to do this before.

The "S" button to temporarily allow addresses, revoke temporary permissions, and show permitted and non-permitted addresses has bee removed. Can I get it back into the latest Firefox?

Hi. So, I have been using Firefox for a long time as my daily, general purpose browser. There are two reasons that I have stayed using Firefox over switching full time to chrome. The first was that there was a setting that required me to personally accept the placement of a cookie on my computer. Thus every time I went to a new website, Firefox would prompt me for each cookie and I could decide which ones I wanted to allow for basic site functionality and which ones I would block because they were obviously for tracking. I went to the settings tab and there is no more option for "ask me every time" in the cookie management section. What gives? Giving the user more control over their security made you stand apart from chrome and was core for me staying with you folks. Did that setting move somewhere or change its wording so as for me to not see it?

The second reason that I stick with Firefox is because of the no-script plug-in that apparently has not ungraded to the new standards that you are enforcing on this newest upgrade. That is less your fault then their slow adaption to new standards however, i can't help but think that better coordination with some of your top plug-in builders could have prevented me not being able to use one of my most important Firefox functionalities.

I have always kept a two tier web browser security setup with Firefox as my primary and most secure way of accessing the Internet and using chrome occasionally/rarely when I wanted to bypass my security arrangement. Now with Firefox loosing the two core reasons for me using it that provide core security functionality, it seems ridiculous for me to not just use chrome all the time. I really do hope that I am missing something and that these two core security features have not been stripped away from Firefox. Thanks.

Using FF57. If you have the tabs set to "remember tabs from prior session on startup", you can still access password-protected sites.

Scenario: you access your banking website, log in with userid and password. If you close down Firefox with the "remember tabs" set on, you will still be able to access the banking website: 1) if you log out of the banking website and close down Firefox, when you go back in to Firefox you are taken to the "logged out" screen, but you can still scroll back and Firefox will take you to the banking site still logged in; 2) if you don't log out of the banking website and you close down Firefox, when you go back into Firefox, the banking website is still logged in ... full access to the secure site.

MAJOR SECURITY FLAW!! I have stopped using FF57 until this is fixed.
