On only one of my computers a "tab" is opening on its own that presents itself as being from ROGERS my ISP. I took a screen shot and captured the URL. Contacted Rogers - It is not them - They recommeded I REMOVE FIREFOX and INSTALL CHROME. I have some computer knowledge but not an expert. earlier logins used to be displayed as dialog/popup. but now, since logins and options are displayed in tabs called lockwise, can addons having all tab data permission read them?

I am on a Macbook Pro laptop from 2015

Whenever I attempt to view something off Netflix I keep getting error code F7121-3078 :(

Similarly, when I attempt to view Amazon Prime Video it says "We're experiencing a problem playing this video."

I followed instructions, I updated my mac itself to Catalina 10.15.3 and reinstalled Firefox so it should be 100% up to date.

still didn't work.

I read somewhere in this forum from a January post if I open Firefox in 32 bit mode after selecting command + i that it should work but I didn't have that option. I opted for the low resolution setting I saw and not only do the videos still not play but now it looks like I need glasses more than I really do :p I'll be changing that back asap.

What's the vibe check on this? Is there a resolution or a possible ETA of a resolution? Anything?

I often want to keep a tab open and go back to the search. It used to be that clicking on a search result opened a new tab,but now it replaces the search with that link so that I have to back out of it to get to the search and use history to see where I have been. This is a dealbreaker for me. There does not appear to be any way of restoring this behavior, even in about:config. Help

I have a new computer and am having trouble completing synchronizing the bookmarks from my other devices. I have made all the entries required, I am signed in other devices but the bookmarks are not coming through

I Updated to 72.0.1 this morning and when I go to the TVguide and facebook pages both report that javasript needs to be enabled. I checked about:config and it is enabled there. I have the identical problem and my homebrew desktop PC and a HP laptop. Win 10 pro and norton 360 on both.

I want to be able to use email address links in a browser window by just clicking on them and have them go to the yahoo tab I already have open. Instead, Microsoft opens its Mail app and I have to login separately even though I already have a yahoo window open and logged in. Currently I have to copy the email address and go to my yahoo tab and start an email message there. It's not the worst thing to have to do, but if I could just click on the address and have it automatically open up my yahoo mail that would be more convenient.

I'm coding a website with Google Maps. I add a bunch of markers to the map and to each of those an infoWindow that is activated by clicking on the marker. Was working late 1/14 and early 1/15 (5 AM ish), but by 11:00 AM it wasn't working. I changed it to simply alert() when a marker was clicked and that didn't work either. The Google page explaining infoWindows has an example map (https://developers-dot-devsite-v2-prod.appspot.com/maps/documentation/javascript/examples/infowindow-simple) and it doesn't work either. My code and the Google example work on Chrome and IE. I did all the restart with add-ons disabled, restarted Firefox fresh, got rid of add-ons to no avail. Please help! I love using Firefox, but will be unable to if this isn't resolved. Thank you, Alan

Consistently cannot login to some sites using firefox. Error returned says my login credential are incorrect, I disabled add and cookie blockers., MS Edge and chrome work. What have the developers done to make this browser such a pain to use?

in every searchresult i type in the searchbar i get strange chinese letters.

i tried disabling all add-ons, clearing cache , history and cookies but that doesn't solve the Problem Also in safemode ther is no change.

how can i get this fixed ?

This is happening very frequently. The favicons in toolbar disappear, leaving just the text description, and while this happens, the browser freezes. It corrects in a few seconds, but is v annoying. thx.

I was just in Google search looking up something and when i clicked on a topic there is a dooted line or box around the topic. I did the same in I E and Google Chrome and Edge and di not get the dotted boarder how do i remove it

My right click menu is "Search Google for (selected text)" appears to retrieve data from the website without a login. Almost none of the data is available without a login, how is it the the above shows protected data?
