The DBUS service don't work in linux installation. I use Bazzite OS, whit firefox flatpak and when I try to export DBUS to use it in Global Menu it doesn't work. My hardware is Framework Laptop with Ryzen 5 7640U, 16GiB of DDR5 and 760M radeon graphic

i segnalibri non funziona, solo dopo l'aggiornamento ma poi torna a mandare messaggio "I segnalibri e la cronologia non potranno funzionare correttamente in quanto un file di Firefox risulta utilizzato da un'altra applicazione. Il problema potrebbe essere causato da un software di sicurezza." Non si riesce ad avere la funzionalità dei segnalibri

se non è possibile eliminare i 3 o 4 quadretti di pubblicità che appaiono all'avvio sulla destra dello schermo cambio browser anche se mi sono sempre trovato bene con questo.....se non risolvo il problema entro una settimana passo crome CORDIALI SALUTI A TUTTI

sul mio computer firefox risulta aggiornato tuttavia quando provo ad utilizzare whatsapp web si apre una schermata nella quale è scritto che è impossibile accedere a whatsapp web perchè firefox non è aggiornato

Today I was trying to access a local HTTPS website of an embedded device (a Siemens S7-1500 PLC for the record) that is using a self-signed certificate. I immediately get the SEC_ERROR_REUSED_ISSUER_AND_SERIAL error and I wasn't able to go on (attached image #1, in Italian language). I've certainly browsed a similar PLC webserver in the past, so the fact that the device exposes a similar certificate serial number is not so strange for me, considering also it's self-signed.

The problem is that I cannot follow the instructions of the Mozilla knowledgebase here because I'm not able to identify the correct certificate of the website!

In the attached image #2 you can see that the connection is detected as not encrypted, I suppose because only the form part of the HTML that is posting the data using HTTPS while the rest is using HTTP, but I'm not sure. If I click on the padlock icon (attached image #3) the info about the current certificate is not displayed.

Then I went into Tools > Options and searched for "certificates"; as you can see in the attached images #4 and #5, neither in the Servers tab nor in the Authorities tab I can find any item that is related to 192.168.10.2 (the webserver IP address) or Siemens (the embedded device manufacturer). But unfortunately the error persist! Initially there was a 192.168.10.2:443 line in the Servers tab and I removed it and restarted Firefox, but it didn't solve, so at the moment the situation is the one depicted by the attachments.

I had to use Microsoft Edge to access the website, but I would like to solve this issue and use Firefox instead. Is there anything else I can do to bypass the error? Why doesn't the error page provide a way to correctly identify the wrong certificate using its fingerprint and/or name? Or, maybe, is there a way to disable this check for local IP addresses or for items in a whitelist?

vorrei massimizzare, agendo sul file user.js, la sicurezza (anche in termini di privacy) e la harderizzazione di Firefox e Thunderbird su Ubuntu 24.04 per un sistema che non può dispone di firewall fisico esterno. Le politiche minime di sicurezza per il firewall software sono state applicate. il sistema è così composto: OS: Ubuntu 24.04.4 LTS Locale: it_IT.UTF-8 BASH: 5.2.21(1)-releas RAM: 16 GB Disco boot: SSD da 0,5 TB Firefox: 150.0.1 64bit Thunderbird: 140.10.1esr 64bit

Since this morning, I've been experiencing generic connection errors, specifically:

• Asustor NAS on internal network (certificate error) - a second, older Asustor NAS doesn't have this problem.
• Browsing on Mozilla Support
• Browsing on Google Translate...

I haven't changed any settings in months, and now I've even tried making it less restrictive (normal Do Not Track), but with no improvement.

• Google Translate gives me an error the first time, but no problem the second time (links saved in the toolbar).
• Kaspersky gives an error.

I normally use NoScript, which is giving me some problems that I've reported to them. I tried disabling it, but there's been no improvement.

Salve, utilizzo da poco Mozilla. inizialmente tutto bene. Attualmente subisco continui 'crash'. poco fa anche dopo Impostazioni>aiuto !! Utilizzo Windows 7 con inseriti 'Windows Defender' e '360 Total Security'. Abbastanza spesso lancio 'Eset On Line Scanner'. Ringrazio per la risposta.

Da qualche tempo faccio molta fatica ad accedere alla posta di mail.tiscali.it Ho già vuotato cache & co. Su altri browser funziona perfettamente Su Android funziona perfettamente
