On the bar I have two Gmail acct.s and prefer my newer one. When I click on it I get the older one. Then I must go to the icon picture to change to my preferred acct. This change happened after an update this year. What needs to be done to only click successfully once?

I have been using using the "Email a link to this page" feature for a long time (previously it was Share page feature I believe) and have correctly setup the mailto: in preferences to use Yahoo Mail. Recently in Firefox 62, the feature now only starts up the Compose mail function for Yahoo Mail but the message is blank. Previously it had automatically inserted the Subject with page title and body with page url.

I've tested in both Linux and Windows, with all add-ons disabled and the behavior is the same.

After the firefox 54.0 update I can no longer send email via earthlink webmail. I can receive, open, read, but not send or forward. THis doesn't happen with IE or Chrome. This happens on three different computers, one with windows 7, the others with windows 10. I'd like to stay with firefox but I can't unless I can send email from earthlink webmail.

FF in the last couple days has stopped opening pages when I click a link in an email. All of my plug-ins should be up to date. Please answer in simple terms, I get confused easily.

I was getting to my email 2 days ago now, I get an error message. I can use explorer and open gmail ok.. I get this message..

I am not able to send out e-mails from mozilla. It seems to work on explorer and Earthlink my e-mail provider stated that I neede d a downloar 52 from mozilla. How do I correct my problem. or do I just go to another web provider.

When I try accessing hotmail, I get the following message:

6/19/2017. Downloaded latest version of Windows 10 Updates. Now when I type in Gmail there are frequent little delays between stroking a key and printing. Words are run together and have missing letters. I can only type really really slow. Any body else have this problem? It isn't happening here in this paragraph or in Open Source documents. Just in Gmail. Have latest Firefox and Gmail.

When I use my Yahoo Mail, the list of messages in my In Box keep moving back and forth across my monitor. This is very unnerving. It does not happen in Yahoo Mail in Microsoft Edge.

I have a problem specific to printing a Yahoo email. I click on "MORE", then Print. Then it opens a new window. Unfortunately, it doesn't have a Print Preview available so I can see how it will print. What often happens is I get a blank last page or one with just a line of unwanted words. So I waste a sheet of paper.

With a Preview, I can see that and, instead, print a selection.

I'm wondering if there is a shortcut key to enable Print Preview? If not, dear Firefox, I wish you would add this function.

Updated to Firefox 54 this morning, Yahoo email screen will no longer open - error "The page isn’t redirecting properly"

Ideas anyone? Or is Firefox support reads this, please fix.

Cannot access att.net via Firefox but I can do so on Safari. ATT says it is an Apple email client issue, but it sounds like since my Apple mail works, this may be a bug due to Firefox upgrade to 62.0.

Hello: this is my first post,hope I am doing it properly. I am using W7pro OS and ATT DSL 3.0Mbps dl I noticed this week that I was unable to save attachments from my ATT Yahoo mail I could view them but no choice as to ware to save them--only choice (save to my comp.)But no ware to be found. I reinstalled v 36.0.4-preventing auto upgrade-But still had same problem. At this point contacted ATT support supervisor-we spent about 4hr working on problem--He was using your v 31.5.0--and had no problem accessing and saving attachments using remolt access on my comp. We also found using my comp.FF v 36.0.4 & v 37.0.2 browser,that we could without any problems access an save attachments--AOL mail-- & mail2web.--& IE--Even when forwarding inaccessible mail to above sites.

He informed me that (ATT mail Yahoo)only uses resources to make them compatible with--Google IE & Chrome &Apple? (basically he was saying,that they would NOT commit resources to FF--any version)BUT he was not allowed to commit.

PS: The last time I know it worked ok was 3-18-15 I have 3 comp.2 wxp pro 1 w7 pro the same problem on all 3--so feel confident not OS related-but compatible problems with FF & yahoo mail.

The ATT support supervisor-was unable to determined the date they may have made changes on their site.without extensive research-which we decided wasn't worth the effort as they wouldn't look in to it.

I hope someone or FF will be able find a workaround-as I do not want to use the browsers they suggest. I LOVE FF.

I have tried to install the new version of Java but every time I try to use hotmail, I am disallowed because there is no javascript! How do I install my downloaded Java on my Mac?

problem 1. on 9/12/18 my firefox was updated, probably to the new version. Gmail is no longer recognized. Until 9.11 my desktop and laptop used Firefox and Gmail was recognized. I still use firefox on my desk top, but on the microsoft 3 tablet I'm switching to another browser until this Gmail problem gets resolved.
