I need to get rid of the old bookmarks, default to the latest. How the heck do i do that? Help just doesn't seem to cover it, none of the articles i can find cover it, and if i try to edit, i have to delete one at a time, with no hope that will get me the latest (5/14/19) up as the default, especially the toolbar. I do NOT want to have to do it one at a time to change from 2015 to now! I can't upload the screenshots, Firefox saays too big and doesn't give an option to reduce.

When I check the "Import Settings and Data" tab to import from another browser, Chrome isn't even on the list to import from, is this not supported anymore? Is there anything I can do?

Hello, I'ld like to imgrate from Chrome to Firefox. There is option to import my data, bookmarks etc. and it works fine, but only for my first Chrome profile. I have two profiles on Chrome, one for work, one personal and would like to import only personal data. Unfortunately, Firefox always import data from work profile, and there is also no option to select profile.
I tried to delete work profile and migrate then, but in this case, Firefox doesn't see my Chrome instance.

My Old Firefox Data folder has another folder inside it containing all the data named g4xfs73z.default, which I haven't seen reference to on any forum. This name also does not match the name of my current profile folder. If I copy this folder in, nothing happens. If I copy the contents of this folder in, nothing happens. Any ideas?

I'll explain: considering that for some generic problems the profile could be corrupted in the future, I would like to backup only my password without to be force to use Firefox Sync and uploading my passwords on cloud (with all the consequences on security and privacy) Is there any way to do this? I would like to import my bookmarks from my old Firefox but the Firefox application on my old HDD wont run on Windows 10. The older version of Firefox ran on Windows Vista.
