Hello everyone, I am pretty sure to know my Mozilla account password. However, Mozilla keeps telling me I am writing it wrong. The only problem is that resetting the password implies that I "may lose some personal details", most notably my bookmarks...

Is someone able either to help me with the password problem or to tell me something more about password reset implications? For instance, am I actually going to lose some personal details? Or it is more some kind of precautionary ad, similar to the ones Android gives you when you are updating the OS on your phone?

Buongiorno e buon anno, ho dovuto reinstallare il SO e quando ho effettuato l'accesso a Firefox con il mio account mi sono accorto di avere perso tutti i segnalibri, password, estensioni, etc; è possibile recuperarli?

I would appreciate some details about Firefox Sync policy with logins when it comes to conflicts between different devices.

A practical example: a computer which was being synced asked me to login again, maybe because of a password change, or some problems after updating.

While syncing was not working, some logins had been deleted/updated locally.

In this case are local changes uploaded, do they get overwritten by remote data, or in case of conflict the user is asked to choose? Does Firefox in general automatically choose to keep the most recent changes when merging logins, or not?

Ho installato W11 e, dopo aver scaricato Firefox ed essere entrato con il mio account Firefox, dove ho da anni previsto la sincronizzazione, non ho più i dati sincronizzati, e cioè le password memorizzate, i segnalibri eccetera.

Come devo fare per ripristinare?

Ciao, ho installato Firefox su un mac di casa ed ho fatto sync per vedere anche nel nuovo i segnalibri dell'altro mac dell'ufficio. Purtroppo mi sono accorta che invece che mettere i segnalibri del mac dell'ufficio in quello di casa, ha messo ha messo i segnalibri "nuovi" su quello dell'ufficio. Come faccio a ripristinare i segnalibri in quello dell'ufficio??? AIUTOOO!!! GRAZIE PER IL SUPPORTO!!!

Buonasera, ho installato firefox su un nuovo pc. Al momento di accedere a firefox sul nuovo pc inserendo userid account Firefox e psswrd, dopo averla digitata mi veniva richiesto un codice a 6 cifre accedenfo a firefox sync. Quando ho creato l'account firefox non mi sono state richieste ulteriori pssword se non quella di accesso. Penso che questo fatto sia dovuto al passaggio da account firefox ad account Mozilla. Come faccio ora ad impostare il mio account firefox/mozilla sul nuovo pc per sincronizzare i dati? Grazie per l'aiuto.

It's more than one year I'm not using firefox sync, because the two devices I was using broke. Now I reconnected to firefox with a new device, and I don't see old devices, open tabs and bookmarks. Is it possible to recover this data? In the past I was able to see this data from the mozilla/firefox account
