Issue: Mouse wheel scroll is slow for a few, specific websites.
Build: Firefox Developer Browser 70.0b10 (64-bit)
Description: When navigating to websites such as https://rogue.studio, the mouse scroll wheel scrolls the page very slowly. However, with no settings changed and using same browser instance in different tab, other web pages (such as support.mozilla.org) operate as expected with default mouse wheel scroll speed.
Environment: Firefox Developer Browser. 100% zoom. Resolution/Window Size: 1806 x 900px
Expected Behavior: Mouse wheel scroll has a consistent speed across all websites.
Attempted Fixes: Disabling Smooth Scrolling. Setting general.smoothScroll.msdPhysics.enabled to true.
Notes: I've noticed this behavior on heavily 'designed' sites such as https://rogue.studio. I'm not sure if there's a specific element or script that's causing the change/slow down for the mouse wheel scroll speed, but could be related as I've noticed this issue on this particular 'kind' of site.

Recently updated my 2012 MacBook Pro to macOS 10.15. After Firefox has been open for a while, it stops loading webpages. The title of the page loads, the browser window goes white and never displays anything; the page attempts to load continuously and navigation buttons don't respond. Other than that, Firefox operates and responds as though nothing's wrong. Meanwhile all other browsers can navigate the web just fine. Quitting Firefox (from the menu bar) causes the windows to close but an entry remains in "Force Quit" for an extended period. It can be forced closed from here, but doing so causes further attempts to open Firefox to have no windows appear; the only way to reopen Firefox appears to be to restart the whole computer. If allowed to close the rest of the way on its own- which can take up to 10 minutes- the crash dialog appears and Firefox can be restarted.
This has continued to happen despite repairing the drive, refreshing Firefox, removing and reinstalling Firefox, disabling hardware acceleration, running in safe mode, etc. There are no extensions installed and I have not synced my Firefox account.

I recently update to firefox 69 and now I have Firefox 70 and it's not usable at all. When I scroll Firefox blocks very often, it's the same for all websites. I need to click on the menu button and I see what I would have seen after scrolling. So if I want to scroll, I scroll, click menu. Then again I scroll, click menu button. After a few times, there is no more problem. it's like if the whole pages were in the cache at the end. And before there was to much information for the cpu.
When I write it's the same: it's not smooth, when I write an url, firefox stops very often for a second. The url is written at the end, but it's not displayed immediately.
Firefox don't crash, it blocks by scrolling and writing. When I click a tab or a button, it's responsive, no problem. I assume there is a problem, when it must refresh after writing or scrolling.
I'm on linux, I checked that graphic acceleration is enabled, no plugins. I tried to delete the directory ".mozilla" several times, start firefox in safe mode, but nothing helped.
Does somebody has an idea ?
