I have had lots of problems with my pc and this morning when I was trying to get it started I was offered a "Refresh your Pc"option which I did, My Mozilla Firefox browser seems to have disappeared since then since then and I was offered to open a Firefox account which I did thinking that would get my bookmarks(or Favourites) back but it hasn't. I think this new account does not recognise me. I don't have any bookmarks or favourites on any other browser. Is it possible to retrieve my oroginal Mozilla Firefox account which has got dozens of Bookmarks on it for me ? Thank you.

Ich kann die mail nicht "anhalten" Bei anderen browsern wie Opera oder Ciqz passiert dies nicht. Somehow ( I didn't do it deliberately) when signing onto my banking (Scotiabank) website, my account number and my password is already filled in. I have never done anything to cause this to happen, although I may have done it accidentally?? how, I do not know. I have tried everything to remove it so that I fill in that information myself each time I want to sign in to my Scotiabank account. I tried ctrl + shift + delete and no combination of the selections worked. Help, I cannot for safety reasons have this information showing. I have spoken to the bank, I have spoken to Google and they recommended I contact Fire Fox. Can you help. It would be very helpful if I could actually speak to someone, but I cannot find a contact phone number to do so.

This above webpage just blinks and then landing on a blank white page. This happens only in firefox for this particular webpage. I tried in Firefox Nightly, firefox in mobile, all older versions of firefox too but still the same result.
Troubleshooting tried so far are below - Tried firefox safe mode, disabled addons, refreshed firefox - Tried in different internet connections, created another profile in firefox - Tried disabling hardware acceleration Nothing is working so far. Can someone assist in this. Thanks Ahamz

Why has Ghostery and Ebates been disabled?
Suddenly Ghostery and Ebates has been disabled. Firefox says it isn't compatible anymore.

Firefox had been crashing sometimes several times a day ..... but this is the last straw.
IF it gets fixed and returns my add-ons, which except for Kaspersky ALL came via Firfox add-on selections I would try< Firefox again, Too bad those idiots f*cked it up.
I will now look for another browser to replace Firefox, since Chrome is far from my favorite (Firefox WAS)

Wenn ich über die Add-ons-Verwaltung etwas installieren möchte, bringt es die Fehlermeldung, dass ich meine Verbindung überprüfen soll. Was soll ich prüfen? Wenn ich Firefox aufrufe, kann ich meine Mails und alles andere aufrufen. Also funktioniert die Verbindung. An meinem Norton Internet Security kanns auch nicht liegen, da es bis heute Morgen immer reibungslos funktioniert hat. Also wo liegt der Fehler in der Verbindung?

Adobe flash defunct, Add on's Adblock doesn't work,reloaded FF so many times, refreshed. done everything. The recover bookmarks is about as confusing as it could be.
What have you lot done to ruin and where to start in the simplest way to start rectification without having to take it to an expert.
