Hello,

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache. Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to. To clear cache and cookies do the following:

1. Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history.
2. Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
3. Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
4. From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
5. Now click the Clear now button.

Sorry but this has not worked. The issue does not appear on safari, ie, chrome or even firefox on PC.

If the problem only with MAC then try in safemode

Try Firefox Safe Mode to see if the problem goes away. Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode, which disables most add-ons.

(If you're not using it, switch to the Default theme.)

• On Windows you can open Firefox 4.0+ in Safe Mode by holding the Shift key when you open the Firefox desktop or Start menu shortcut.
• On Mac you can open Firefox 4.0+ in Safe Mode by holding the option key while starting Firefox.
• On Linux you can open Firefox 4.0+ in Safe Mode by quitting Firefox and then going to your Terminal and running: firefox -safe-mode (you may need to specify the Firefox installation path e.g. /usr/lib/firefox)
• Or open the Help menu and click on the Restart with Add-ons Disabled... menu item while Firefox is running.

Once you get the pop-up, just select "'Start in Safe Mode"

If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to figure out which one. Please follow the Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems article for that.

To exit the Firefox Safe Mode, just close Firefox and wait a few seconds before opening Firefox for normal use again.

When you figure out what's causing your issues, please let us know. It might help other users who have the same problem.

The issue is still present in safe mode :(

Does the page appear if you reload (Command+r)?

Could you check a couple of variables:

• Is hardware acceleration enabled or disabled? This setting is under Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > General mini-tab

• What is your zoom level for the site? You may know this intuitively, but you also can check the multiplier using the Web Console (Tools menu > Web Developer > Web Console). Next to the caret (») type or paste window.devicePixelRatio and press Enter.

The blank page reminds me of a problem some users are having on Google with higher zoom levels: When I go back to Google search results page, it takes me to a blank Google screen. The temporary workaround is to disable some of the "fast back forward cache" feature. You might want to test and see whether it affects the issue you're having. Here's how:

(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter. Click the button promising to be careful.

(2) In the search box above the list, type or paste sess and pause while the list is filtered

(3) Double-click the browser.sessionhistory.max_total_viewers preference and change it to 0 (that's a zero).

Hardware acceleration is enabled, pixel ratio is 1.

I changed the browser.sessionhistory.max_total_viewers to 0 but still no luck.

on the web developer tools i noticed an error message at the bottom of the page, but it doesnt mean anything to me (am not a developer):

uncaught exception. cannot tween a null target

Thanks for checking that. I don't know what "tween" means. Hopefully a Mac user can get hands on with the site.

'tween' is a graphics term.

I tried your website on Firefox 25.0.1, Firefox nightly (currently 28) and Firefox 26 beta 10 for mac and it works fine for in FF 26 beta but not in Firefox 25.0.1

So this problem will be fixed in Firefox 26 which is scheduled to be released on December 10, 2013.

If there any developer issues like this in the future again please post them on stack overflow and tag them firefox
