You can check for problems with preferences.
Rename or delete the prefs.js file and possible numbered prefs-##.js and user.js files to reset all prefs to the default value.

It is possible that there is a problem with the file(s) that store the extensions registry.
Delete the extensions.* files (e.g. extensions.sqlite, extensions.ini) and compatibility.ini in the Firefox profile folder to reset the extensions registry.
New files will be created when required.
See "Corrupt extension files":
- https://support.mozilla.org/kb/Unable+to+install+add-ons
If you see disabled or not compatible extensions in "Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions" then click the Tools button at the left end side of the Search Bar to check if there is a compatibility update available.
If this hasn't helped then also delete the addons.sqlite file.
Hi Cor-el
Thank You For Prompt Reply.
But I am Sorry, this didn't worked.
I deleted all files whichever You said, and then tried to install the addon again. but still same problem.

Hi Cor-el
Once again thank you very much.
This time, it worked partially. Atleast we got ray of hope.
When 1 first deleted all pref and user file and then Opened Mozilla FIRST TIME, my all addon were enabled and working perfectly.
But when I opened it 2nd time, problem was same like before. I have to disable and then again reenable plugin.
I think setting are not getting saved . I referred below link, I think here is solution, But it was too hard too understand. Still I am not sure.

Did you try to remove all prefs.js file(s)?
We have seen reports that some security software is protecting this file and possibly other .js files against changes and restores an older version, so you may have to check that and try to exclude the Firefox profile folder.
Yes , I deleted all prefs.js as well as prefs*.js
I am using Quick Heal antivirus software. If you mean this, then I will try by disabling it.
I will revert back to you soon.
Hi Cor-el
I disabled my antivirus and then deleted pref*.js and user.js.
1st time - Everything perfect Afterwards whenever I open FF, same problem.
1 thing, this problem is there with few addons only. Not all. All other addons are working perfectly without RE-enabling. If there is problem with pref*.js and user.js then how it is saving preference of other addon !!!!
Do you think any settings need to be done in about : config ?
Are there any numbered prefs-##.js files in the profile folder?
Can you compare a version of the prefs.js file when it still works with a version when it stops working?
Note that there are likely differences in time stamps (long numbers that make a time/date in Epoch format) that you can ignore.
Below is the screenshot of all pref*.js file under MOZILLA folder https://www.dropbox.com/s/5urz4tumhnupiqa/20131204_FF.jpg
Regarding comparing, it is not possible to compare....REASON 1. It works when I first open FF after deleting pref*.* . So at this point when it is working there are no pref*.* files
2. After it works 1st time, I close FF and then reopen FF extension does not work. At this point there is pref*.*
As you see in 1st point there are no pref file, I cant compare. If you are saying something else to compare then please explain
The prefs.js file in the profile folder (hgealnt1.default) seems to be rather large with 297 KB.
Are there really only lines with user_pref() functions in the file if you open the file in a text editor (e.g. Notepad)?
Hi,
You can download / view file at below link https://www.dropbox.com/s/wr8xifsdly7u93g/prefs.js

Nothing Here
The file you're looking for has been deleted or moved.
Hi Cor-el,
I am really sorry link didn't worked for you, and replying late. I was busy in marriage function.
In marriage function, my friend suggested me to uninstall completely FF and delete all mozilla files and folders on PC.
I followed that did accordingly. Then step by step I installed all plugin. During this process I came to know Conduit Toolbar, was creating this problem. I removed this toolbar and now I have installed Yahoo Toolbar, which is not creating any problem. If you know any other toolbar, which has function like Conduit Toolbar then kindly do inform.
After many months my FF is working well without any issue.
I Am Very Much Thankful To You, for providing complete support.
Thank You Very Very Very MUCH.
