Have you uninstalled Firefox before? If you did, you may have deleted your user profile. They would not disappear if you updated and they were incompatible, as they would just show "Incompatible with Firefox 11.0". All we can tell you is to reinstall your extensions.

I don't know why the simplest solutions are the ones I have trouble with. Turns out I just needed to restart FireFox to fix the problem. Thanks for your reply
