Bing has taken over my location bar searches. How do I restore Google as the default search engine?

When I type anything into the Location Bar that is not a website address, Google search would provide me with search results. Now Bing has taken over as the default search engine and I want Google back. How do I specify Google as the default search engine for Location Bar searches? (I have already removed Bing from the Search Bar list.)
