Viewing photos on Picasa Web after uploading-some are blank.Why

Having trouble viewing photos in Picasa Web albums. When I upload them from my Picasa program to the web, some do not get loaded. Lots of blanks between photos. Help from Picasa told me , on Mozilla Firefox to "Right-click the placeholder of the missing photos. Then Check if the option to 'Block Images from 1hX.ggpht.com ( where X is a number) is selected. If it is , deselect it, then Refresh your browser.
