mac osx/ zoom gestures on magic trackpad not working

I have an IMAC running snow leopard 10.6.7. On the previous versions of firefox I was able to zoom in and out on web pages using finger gestures on the magic trackpad. Apparently this function is not compatible with firefox 4.o. Still able to zoom using the control key in conjunction with the two finger up and down gesture but it would be nice just to use the trackpad. Any suggestions?
