FF4 RC1 Shows download dialog for a file was downloaded using WinSCP as if it was a request in FF

As above. When FF opens it shows the download dialog ie (save/open file). The file specified is already saved and was downloaded using WinSCP. It is always the same file and happens everytime FF is opened. Select close and it doesn't appear again until next time FF is started.

The file is not in the download directory. OS is Win 7 SP1 64-bit
