I've unchecked all of my toolbars and now cannot access ANYTHING!

I've really messed up. I was having trouble viewing a site because I had too many toolbars and menus up above so I went to View and Toolbars and unchecked EVERYTHING to maximize my window space. Now today when I log back in, I realize I don't have ANYTHING up there and without the menu bar, I don't see how I can fix this... LOL Please help!!  :)

Press either Alt or F10, this will temporarily display the menu bar. In the View menu select Toolbars, then click on the names of the toolbars to display them, starting with the menu bar.
