When I was on facebook a few times, I get a message that says I need to install plug ins. It has a button to push to find out what plug in I need, but nothing happens when I click on it.
My computer has Windows XP, I also have Mozilla Firefox. I don't understand why sometimes, a bar appears across the screen, where the tabs should be , and it says I need to install plug ins. It has a button that says, install, and one that says, click here to find out what plug ins you need. I've tried pressing both of them on different occasions but no luck. Can someone Please Help me??

Checking your list of plugins, a common plugin that you do not have is Java, it may be trying to install that one. You can get it from http://java.com/
You may also need the new WMP plugin.
