I turned off audio and video autoplay in the settings, but some webpages still play video and audio without my will. Example: https://www.delfi.lt/ru/news/live/pered-tem-kak-pokinut-litvu-aisty-ispolnili-proshchalnyy-tanec-94267757 How can I block all of the media (audio and video)?

How tf do you even have audio? Jfc, I have no audio and there's other people who can't get audio to turn off. And I literally, LITERALLY didn't change any settings.
