When I scroll (mouse wheel) to the top of a web page Firefox will occasionally jump back to the previous URL. I have looked for answers as to how to stop the scroll wheel from going back in history when the top of the page is reached, but I have not found anything that works.

Can anyone tell me how to stop the scroll wheel from going back to the prior page when just scrolling to the top of the current page?
