Computer temporarily freezes when using Firefox
Hello, I have never used this forum before. I just got a new computer and after a couple days, it randomly has semi-crashes while using Firefox where it just stops responding for a couple minutes. This happens seemingly out of the blue after an hour or so of use, nothing in particular seems to trigger it but I have had better luck replicating it on Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube. After it happens once, it occurs within seconds of accessing these sites and only resetting the computer seems to temporarily fix it.
Oftentimes it has a crash report appear when I close firefox afterward.

This also affects programs outside Firefox when it happens including the desktop and task manager. Here is an image
In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 Submitted crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.
