Help with Downloads Folder and Scroll bar

Hello, somehow I can't open the downloads folder through firefox. When I download a file, image or anything, it shows my downloads folder is empty. I already set the my download folder to C:\Users\USERNAME\Downloads⁩ but when I look at the source of the file after downloading, it leads to C:\WINDOWS\system32\config \systemprofile\Downloads. This also applies when I want to upload a file, I can't access via the quick shortcut below My PC and I have to go to C:\Users\USERNAME\ to access anything from firefox. Is this a bug? and how do I fix this?

Also, somehow my firefox shows my scroll bar like old school style, is there a way to customize this?
