Updated to Firefox 81. Problem accessing my gmail account so reset Firefox. In Options " Your browser is being managed by your organisation." and I am unable to set a Primary Password. I have no Organization.

This is likely because your Avast Antivirus security software wants to monitor your internet traffic and places itself in the connection chain as a man-in-the-middle. To make this work properly Avast needs to inject its root certificate in Firefox and this causes Firefox to display this message.
