Are all your Collected Addresses missing, or is there just a long list of empty entries before the correct entries appear at the bottom? This sometimes happens when TB is updated from 68 to 78. If the Collected Addresses is still empty, Help/Troubleshooting, Profile Folder, click Open Folder, close TB, rename history.mab.bak to history.mab and copy (not move) it to a safe location. Restart TB and see if Collected Addresses reappear.

Thank you for your solution, but it didn't change either contact list. My personal contact list still doesn't have the addresses associated with the name, and yes my collected contact list is at the bottom of a long list of no names. I'm unsure if I followed your directions correctly. The only uncertainty was saving the "history.mab". I copied and saved it in My Documents. Was there something I was suppose to do with if from there? Thanks again! Alan

Copy the mab file to Documents just as a backup precaution. If Collected Addresses appears to show the correct contacts at the bottom, just delete the blank ones above. You can also try closing TB, renaming abook.sqlite to abook.sqlite.bak, renaming abook.mab.bak to abook.mab, and see if TB converts the mab to an sqlite correctly when TB is restarted.

Thank you for your time and effort with trying to help me. But with me not really knowing what I'm doing I'm afraid that changing names of files that I know nothing about could possibly make the treatment worse than the ills. In other words, I've been known to royally screw things up! I have my contact list, though they're not the same as the were, I'm satisfied. So thank you again and I hope you and yours are safe. Alan
