How do I allow access in Firefox to my Mac Docs folder?

Upgraded to Catalina 10.15.4 this morning. Then my Firefox asked if I wanted to give access to my Doc folder. Never saw this before. I mistakenly said no. Firefox is selected in my SysPrefs-Security & Privacy-Privacy. Can't find anything on web about this. Anyone know how permit access to my Mac Doc folder after clicking deny?
