Can you at least do a DNS lookup via the about:networking page ?

Hi, The link never loads. I dont know it is a plug in problem or something else. I face the same issue with Safari. The link is below. it is supposed to be a integrated browser to see the e version of a newspaper. https://epaper.timesgroup.com/TOI/TimesOfIndia/index.html?a=c#

Maybe India thinks you are in Kashmir...

The link loads fine for me in the US. It does redirect to https://epaper.timesgroup.com/TOI/TimesOfIndia/index.html?a=c# with an option to select from a number of publications and locations.

Do you have extensions installed?

Perhaps if you try Firefox in its Safe Mode:

Firefox Safe Mode

But if you face the same issue in Safari on another device, it very well be a network latency issue.

Dear Cranky Goat, An example of Kashmir is not cool especially in this context.

It used to work fine some time ago. But now it does not work. I have updated my Firefox multiple times.

The link works well on IE. Safari i havent used. Chrome is too heavy.

If you can specify the exact Extension i need, I will be happy to get it.

Regards, SW
