No home page just blank
New release messed up FF again. It is becoming a real joke now
Updated to FF 69.02 32 bit in a vm. I want the home page/ new windows/ new tabs to be FF default.I just get a blank page?. Plus i cannot log in here o FF says cookies are not allowed when they are. Tried to log in on IE and the username place was above the top of the screen.

If you go to about:preferences and the Home on the left side what does it show your Homepage and new windows is set to?

glad i only got it for the vm. there is always some mess up with ff updates

Close out Firefox, open file explorer and go to C:\Users\YOURLOGINID\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\ and rename "Profiles" folder to Profilesold.
Then go to C:\Users\YOURLOGINID\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\ and rename "Profiles" folder to Profilesold.
relaunch Firefox, and see if its resolved. This will create you a new Firefox profile so if you login to Firefox for bookmarks etc you'll have to do that again.
If the problem still persist I'd recommend uninstalling Firefox, renaming/removing those folders again reinstalling Firefox.
This is of course assuming your VM is Windows based and not OSX

I tried that but it said my profile would not launch. I did not call it profilesold, i just added old to the actual name xxxxxxxx.default-xxxxxxxxxxxxx where x is the letter or numbers.
That is why i am always reluctant to update, always some hassle

all i can do is make my home page google and use an extension to make all new tabs be homepage
