I saved a draft message and it disappeared. I did not send it, nor delete it. It is nowhere to be found.

I had a draft message in progress. I added something to it this morning and saved it and it disappeared. I did not delete it nor send it. It is nowhere to be found in Thunderbird. I have checked every folder and searched for it. If I had deleted it or sent it, then it would still be in one of the folders. It's not. It has disappeared completely.
