Never post any personal information because an adware robot could find it, and start sending you all kinds of spam. This includes e-mail, phone, and home information.

Please remove that information from your post.

Most web site login pages have a 'Forgot Password' link. Check your listed e-mail information. Then use that link.

Fred that doesn't help because I don't see forgot password link. Again this is for my Firefox account where they say my account was breached. Anyone else have an idea?

I am being prompted to enter a password in order to receive emails. I do not have that password and when I try to reset the password here it sends the email to the account I cant receive emails to so I'm stuck here. I need help, this is my business email!!! No luck troubleshooting for this entire week!!

In the event that the passwords information is lost, you should record all information in a separate text file somewhere else on your hard drive, or written down. You can easily copy and paste if you need to do so. If you are concerned about someone else looking at that file, you can compress it using a password.
