Firefox crashes
Hello community!
Over the last few months, I haven't been able to use firefox at all. Fresh build, stable, dev edition, deleting preferences, safe mode, clean install.
I always get a crash few seconds after startup, I have done several crash reports. One of them.

We're sorry to hear that Firefox is crashing. In order to assist you better, please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.
The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A list of Submitted/Unsubmitted Crash Reports will appear, similar to the one shown below.
- Copy the 5 most recent Submitted Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.
Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.
(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)
Thank you for your help!
More information and further troubleshooting steps can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly) article.

Do you have any more recent crash reports?
freshly baked. I need to restart several time just to have time to view the report ID without doing it from the console.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
Saying that I have the same issue in safe mode was in the initial question :-)

That was with Version 67.0b11 have you tried it with Version 66.0.3 ?
Use these links to create a new profile. Use this new profile as is. Is the problem still there?

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/back-and-restore-information-firefox-profiles
Type about:profiles<enter> in the address bar.
With firefox 66.0.4 (as the download page do not offer the .3)
One with the version change
https://crash-stats.mozilla.org/report/index/8eed9020-529c-4f2f-9dcc-859140190507
One with a new profile ( I renamed the profiles directory + renamed profiles.ini)
https://crash-stats.mozilla.org/report/index/87f2ac20-a54b-4fc3-bacd-c36ad0190507
I only have a few second when opening firefox to submit the crashreport and copy the url, to achieve this I need to copy paste about:crashes to save that 1 second to type it. Yes, I know I can find in crash folder but I cannot submit them if I don't do this.
Maybe my initial message will be clearer now?
"Over the last few months, I haven't been able to use firefox at all. Fresh build, stable, dev edition, deleting preferences, safe mode, clean install."
Hope this helps.

Start your Computer in safe mode with network support. Then start Firefox. Try Secure websites. Is the problem still there?

Let’s do a full clean re-install;
Note: Firefox comes in three or more folders on all computers. They are;
Maintenance: (Programs Folder) <Windows Only> Firefox itself: (Programs Folder) And two folders in the profile of each user on the computer for each Firefox profile for that user.
If you remove the Firefox folder, the user profiles would not be affected.
Download Firefox For All languages And Systems {web link}
Save the file. Then Close Firefox.
Using your file browser, open the Programs Folder on your computer.
Windows: C:\Program Files C:\Program Files (x86) Note: Check Both Folders
Mac: Open the "Applications" folder. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-download-and-install-firefox-mac
Linux: Check your user manual. If you installed Firefox with the distro-based package manager, you should use the same way to uninstall it. See Install Firefox on Linux; https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/install-firefox-linux
If you downloaded and installed the binary package from the Firefox download page, simply remove the folder Firefox in your home directory. http://www.mozilla.org/firefox#desktop ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Look for, and remove any Mozilla or Firefox program folders. Do not remove the Mozilla Thunderbird folder if there is one.
Do Not remove any profile folders.
After rebooting the computer, run a registry scanner if you have one. Then run the installer. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ If there is a problem, start your Computer in safe mode and try again.

Alright,
So I just did a clean re-install again and same issue.
However, booting in safe mode (I am on OSX) let me open firefox, but looking like the attached image. Doesn't crash.
But booting in normal mode, the problem is back, even after clean install, as mentioned on my initial post and I have done again. I use App Cleaner cleaning all preferences automatically including cache.
Once again:
"Over the last few months, I haven't been able to use firefox at all. Fresh build, stable, dev edition, deleting preferences, safe mode, clean install."
Can I ask? Is this an automated tech support bot?
The only thing I had not tried was the OS in Safe Mode, but we still go through all the same tests I have done. I understand tech support and troubleshooting well and that's why I mentioned all that I have tried on the first post.
I just feel we are going through them one by one and even my OS is ignored in the discussion above but present in the crash reports.
Hoping we can resolve this.
Does it make a difference if you only attach one monitor?
This looks like a memory allocation or memory access issue where the OS tries to access memory that doesn't exist (OOB).
What security software do you have? Try to limit what third-party software is started when you boot the computer.

We do not recommend using 3rd party software as the wrong data might get removed or corrupted.
Also, Firefox can clean itself.
Type about:preferences#privacy<enter> in the address bar. The button next to History, select Use Custom Settings.
Turn on Remember My Browsing And Download History At the bottom of the page, turn on Clear History When Firefox Closes. At the far right, press the Settings button. Turn on Cache and Form And Search History.

I don't use any and yes, this is what I can read as well from crash report.

And I haven't tried to remove the monitor, indeed, as seeing that it was not crashing was enough for the test I assumed.

Firefox is closing within a few seconds, I don't have time to do all these operations before it closes. That's actually what my crash report is about.
