My Trash started to randomly only keep 1 week of emails. I checked all the setting and its set to never delete any messages. I called support for my emails host and asked then to check if there is a server setting for it to delete messages after a week or anything. They said there was nothing and the issue was probably Thunderbird even though I said the settings were correct. It is only doing it for my particular email. Doesn't do it for a co-workers email using Thunderbird. I also use my email through my iPhone. I thought that may be the culprit but I checked at that was also set to never delete anything. Not sure where else to check or what to do. Should I uninstall and reinstall Thunderbird? Remove the account from my iPhone and add it back? Am I not checking somewhere I should be? Thank you
