most all of my logins on PC FF are gone but synced Android all are there. If i re-sync will i Lose them all and what could have happend?

I awoke this morning to discover that on my PC FF all but 3 of my many years of logins were just gone. As i was going into Cardiac arrest I found that my synced android phone still had all of them in its FF. So if i allow my android and PC to sync will I lose my stored logins in my android version FF. and what the hell happened and how will i get them back. I'm afraid that with one wrong keystroke i could lose them all. Is there a way to print all my login and passwords so as to keep a hard copy just for peace of mind?
