Remove "last image uploaded" location?

I constantly upload pictures from my computer. I noticed Firefox saves where I uploaded my last picture, and automatically goes back to that section when I upload another picture. However, my directory is setup to where it would be easier for Firefox to always go to C:\Users\David\Pictures\Saved Pictures, instead of wherever I last uploaded a picture. Is there a way to change this option? Or at least disable saving where I last uploaded a picture?
