The Passcode is NOT a Master Password - when will it be?

I see a lot of others asking related questions -- so presume there is no current solution.

Master Password in Firefox of old (52.7.2 and earlier) worked wonderfully -- if anyone needs a clue.

The Passcode prevents "display" of passwords.

The Passcode does not "prevent" use of passwords, if someone gains access to the iPad, getting around or through the device's lock screen.
