Perhaps you have both 62.0.3 and a 56.0 Release installed on Windows.

Perhaps your useragent was modified https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-reset-default-user-agent-firefox

Or you have something that reverts your desktop to an earlier state to when you had a Firefox 56.0 version.

Also your Flash appears to be a old Flash Player 27.0 version when the current Flash Player version is 31.0.0.122

It is possible that you have both 32-bit and 64-bit Firefox versions installed.

The user agent in the System Details list shows a 32-bit Firefox 56 version.

  • Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:56.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/56.0

It is possible that you also have a recent 64-bit Firefox 62 version installed, so check that.

  • (64-bit Firefox) "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\"
  • (32-bit Firefox) "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\"

You can find the full version of the current Firefox release (62.0.3) in all languages and all operating systems here:

Thanks for the help guys! Instead of just updating I completely uninstalled the previous version of firefox which was version 56 and reinstalled the latest version. It seems to be staying now. Thanks!
